First Concert This Thursday!!!

Special thanks to Dave and Charlie for agreeing to conduct this first concert. Also the band board members Paul, Paul and Tom for all of the behind the scenes work that will happen throughout the season.

If you did not pick up a shirt tonight please make sure to be early to the performance. Call time is 7:00 PM so we can tune, warmup or spot check. This concert will be held at the cook rose garden.

Reminder concert dress is black slacks and the provided LVB red polo!

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight! There is currently construction going on in the music hallway. Please be sure to enter in the back door through the alleyway behind the band room. See you at 7:00!

Mailing 2013

Returning Members you should be receiving an email from me shortly addressing you to find this site and print off our current mailing. We'd also like you to use the google form to the right hand side of the page and update your information for the band on whether or not you will be returning this summer and your planned absences. We are also looking at joining the Waukegan Band in a concert late in the season please take our survey so we can have a better understanding of where the band stands on this.

You will find these three items under the important links/forms to the right hand side of this page.

Welcome to the New LVB Blog!!!

Dear Libertyville Band Members and Community Members,

We are excited to announce another great season for the Libertyville Village Band. We hope that if you have performed with us in the past you will return this summer. Those that have been away from their instruments for a while we also welcome you back to music making.

As this site gets up and running we hope that you will keep in contact with us and follow the blog. On the right hand side of this page please find an email subscription button where you can get an email update everytime there is a new or updated blog post. If you'd like us to add an RSS feed we can do that as well.

Looking forward to another great season, we hope to see you on June 10!

Rehearsals will be Monday nights 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM again in the band room at Libertyville High School:

We are in the process of communicating a joint concert with the Waukegan Band at Stiner Pavilion. We'd like to get some feedback on whether or not band members would be willing to add a Tuesday Concert to our schedule on July 23, 2013 at 7:30?
